Specifications and architectural drawings for the house as well as plans for its remodeling (ca. 1910) by Hutchins & French, architects, of Boston; original drawings of the Lord family tomb at Hope Cemetery done by George Meacham; renovations by William Barry to the beach cottage at Lord's Point at Kennebunk Beach and plot plans for the property; deeds and indentures; and a small collection of newspapers about important events such as the 1947 fire, hurricane in 1936, death of Pres. John F. Kennedy, and the first man to walk on the moon.
